Big, big day!

There aren't many days like today, my dears.

After thinking and working for quite some time, a new project is born: DIY Ketubah.

DIY Ketubah aims to show couples what they can do on their own. I'm giving away my most popular texts as a free printable PDF kit that anyone can use to personalize a ketubah text themselves and make their own marriage certificate. I will post project ideas for inspiration and encourage people to share their own projects with the community.

Some great things have already happened:

I had a conversation with Chris Guillebeau about jumping off from my job into my own art + design business.
Bride's magazine wrote about my ketubah collection in this month's issue.
Mackenzie gave a shout out to the DIY Ketubah project on her blog.

Continuum Estates My former cohorts at Fine Design Group launched a great new site for this client. I didn't actually design that site, though. I contributed early concepts and I wanted to show you what they looked like behind the scenes.

Super exciting news coming in April:

Alef Betty—A new collection of products recasting the expressions of Jewish identity I grew up with. You're already on the VIP launch list, so don't worry about signing up.
Silkscreens and crafts finally getting loaded into Flickr at larger sizes—really, this time.
